Open Question: Joining back work,after submitting P85?whats to be done now?




   hi all..i had submitted my p85 for claiming tax back in june 2009, as I had moved back to india for good,but due to change of circumstances I came back to the UK last week on 26th Jan, and am about to start work next week...What shall be done?Do I still get the tax I claimed through my P85? Or may be claim back the tax at the end of this tax year cos i guess my earnings wouldn't cross the threshold in these two months of employment(including my income from April to June 2009),.,,Please help
