Open Question: I have recently recieved an offer of compensation for an RTA that i had last year. should i accept the offer?

The car crash was a head on collision with the other driver hitting me at high speed on my side of the road. I ended up with a fractured bone in my wrist resulting in me wearing a plaster cast for two months, i also had very bad whiplash to which i have just started physio treatment. I have very bad flash backs from the crash and suffer from anxiety. I am concerned as the third party have made me an offer of 10k even though i am still having and awaiting further treatment? I dont know what to do....do i accept or wait for them to make another offer?
 thanx Lindsay
